Scythe's platform was built for security experts only — its on-premise model and highly technical experience limited adoption and stood in the way of a Series A raise.
A cloud-native product with a modular design system built from scratch, making complex security tooling usable for both technical and non-technical audiences at scale.
Scythe was powerful but built for security experts — an on-premise tool that took real expertise just to install and operate, which capped who could adopt it.
Ahead of a Series A raise, I reimagined it as a cloud-native SaaS, building a modular design system that made advanced security tooling approachable for technical and non-technical users alike.
