Problem

Parents want bedtime stories that build character and calm — not just another screen with a jarring interface or a harsh, robotic voice reading aloud.

Solution

A treasured-picture-book experience: warm, consistent characters, a cozy reading flow, and a tuned AI voice — ViVi — gentle enough to actually send a child to sleep.

Overview

Parents want a bedtime story that calms a child and builds character — not another jarring app or a robotic voice that keeps everyone awake.

I helped shape a 0→1 storytelling world: warm, consistent characters, a cozy reading flow, and ViVi, an AI narrator tuned to be gentle enough to actually send a child to sleep.

What I did
  • Shaped the 0→1 product, brand, and art direction
  • Designed the nightly reading and playlist flow
  • Advised on tuning ViVi's AI narration for calm
